Learners of all ages need refuelling during the day and our caterers make sure there is plenty of delicious, home-cooked food ready for eating at lunchtime. Serving freshly prepared, healthy food which tastes great and sourced using quality British and local produce ingredients wherever possible.
Every child in the Infant School is entitled to receive a free school lunch so there is no charge for their meal.
At the Junior School, the lunches cost £2.63 per meal.

ISS successfully caters for children with allergies and intolerances. If your child has a DIAGNOSED allergy, please complete the dietary requirement form, below.

Nursery and Reception children under the age of 5 are entitled to receive free school milk, and we use Coolmilk to provide this service. For more information and to register online please go to the Coolmilk website. Coolmilk also provides milk to over 5’s at a subsidised cost. Once your child turns 5, you can choose whether or not to continue with the scheme.
As part of the national School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme, all children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are provided with a free fruit or vegetable every day. In Nursery and Reception, the children self-select fruit or vegetable from the snack table and sit together with friends to eat it. Children in Year 1 and 2 have their fruit/vegetable at break time and sit and eat it outside in the playground.
