It is our aim that children acquire and develop knowledge and understanding of Christianity and the other principal religions represented in Great Britain.
Religion and belief for many people form a crucial part of their culture and identity and we want all our pupils, including our SEND children, to appreciate the way that religious beliefs shape life and can enhance our spiritual, moral, social and cultural behaviour. Through our teaching we aim to develop their ability to make reasoned and informed judgements about religious and moral issues and discuss religion with increasing maturity.
